30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Mi Barrio Clothing Co. gear. If something isn't right, we've got you covered — with a few conditions to keep things fair for everyone.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Undamaged
- Free of stains, marks, or soiling
- Free of odors, perfume, cologne, smoke, or other fragrances
- In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or alteration will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Return Options
We do not offer cash or credit-card refunds. Approved returns are eligible for:
- Exchange for a different size or item of equal value, or
- Store credit in the amount of the original purchase price
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at mibarrioclothingco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions for sending the item back.
- After we inspect the item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll process your exchange or issue store credit.
